The purpose of our Physician Referral Service is to provide our customers with a profile of medical staff physicians based on your needs and preferences.

Click on 'Find a doctor' on our Home Page or call and let our representative know what type of physician you are looking for and your preferences: (760) 940-5781.

The computer system will search for appropriate physicians based on your request. Physician's names are given on a rotating basis and there is no fee paid by or to physicians, nor requested of the patient for this service. The participation of physicians is voluntary.

You will receive a confirmation in the mail of the physician's name, addresses and phone numbers given to you over the phone.
