Patient Transport Express
From your door to ours . . . and back again!
Enjoy the convenience of being transported to Tri-City Medical Center for a variety of pre-admission, inpatient, and outpatient services.
Our drivers make every effort to accommodate patients’ schedules with at least 24 hours notice.
- Rides available Monday through Friday between 7:00 am and 3:30 pm.
- Patient Transport Express can only provide transportation to and from Tri-City Medical Center and the patient’s home.
- Our service areas include Carlsbad, Oceanside, San Marcos, and Vista.
- Patients are welcome to have one family member or a friend accompany them.
- When scheduling appointments, please specify if the patient uses a wheelchair or any other mobility equipment.
- Please inform us of any rider under 60lbs.
- This is a free service provided by Tri-City Medical Center. Drivers for this program are not clinically trained and may not enter homes.
- The drivers cannot accept tips. Envelopes are provided for your comments and/or donations to Tri-City Hospital Foundation.
